Foundation is in the plan price. The other two are stepped up per practice per month, whatever the practitioner count. Cover is in South African time.

- Month-end is the 25th to the 5th, when statements go out and the books close. If nobody can bill or book in that window, we respond within the shorter time shown.
- Uptime is measured monthly on the app address, excluding announced maintenance outside cover. 99.5% means the app is unavailable for no more than about three and a half hours in a month.
- Backups run nightly and are kept for the period shown. Enterprise adds a restore rehearsal.
- A tier is chosen per practice and can be stepped up from any month.
Add-ons
Clinical extras, priced per practitioner using them
An add-on is switched on for the practice and billed for the practitioners who use it. Reception and accounts never count.

The rules
What moves the bill, and what does not
Practitioners move it.
A practitioner beyond the plan’s included count is R 570 a month on either plan.
Locations move it.
A second location moves the practice from Single Location to Multi Location. Nothing else about the plan changes.
Seats do not.
Reception, billing, accounts and admin logins are included. Add as many as the practice needs.
Xero is not an add-on.
The sync is included in every plan. It is the point of the product, not an upsell.
Foundation support is in every plan.
It is not a line on the invoice. Stepping up a tier adds one amount per practice per month, whatever the practitioner count, and nothing is charged on a pilot.
Set-up is quoted, not listed.
